new panel on the labeler, first 5069 we've had. 5069 l306er with two ib16 and an ob16 on it, panel came from the integrator and i'm the guy on nights trying to get it running.

everything in the tree is green, no faults anywhere. but the inputs stay 0 in the tag even with 24v straight off the supply on the terminal, and the outputs go to 1 in the tag with 0v at the terminal. i rang the wiring out twice and reseated all three cards, no difference.

is there a bit i have to set somewhere on 5069 to actually enable the io? feels like it's all there and just not switched on lol
