Palletizer, 1756 L61, RSLogix 5000 v20. A contractor was in two weeks ago for the new stretch wrapper handshake and since then the palletizer waits an extra 3 or 4 seconds before the pusher on every layer. No notes, no rung comments, nothing.
I've got the ACD from before his visit on the server and the one he left on the panel laptop, so I opened both side by side, 40 routines31, and gave up after an hour. Then I tried the compare inside RSLogix and all it says is that the project is different, it won't tell me where. Contractor's on holiday for three weeks and I'm out of ideas.
Is there a way to see what changed between two ACD files without reading the whole lot? Any help would be appreciated, it's been a long night already.
Same v20 on both? And is the desktop file what's actually in the controller? Upload and check that first or you'll spend the night diffing the wrong two files. I've done it.
Both v20. Uploaded, went online with the desktop file, no differences reported. So the desktop one's what runs. The server one is from March.
