flashed a powerflex 525 on the case packer tonight because the plc kept moaning about the module revision in the io tree, the keying thing. used controlflash off the laptop, it said it finished ok and the drive came back up fine.

now the drive shows F048 and every parameter is back to default. motor data, start source, accel, all gone. it runs from the keypad at default settings but plc control is gone and the speed ref does nothing at all. i reset the fault and it comes back on the next power cycle.

did the flash fail halfway and cook it, or do we have a bad drive now. edit: forgot to say, there's a ccw file from the integrator somewhere on the shared drive, maybe. any pointers before the shift ends?
